At Doggy Tales Whistler, dog walking isn’t our side gig — it’s what we do.
Our team is made up of dedicated, experienced dog professionals who have built our lives around caring for dogs. When we’re not on the trails with our groups, you’ll often find us volunteering at local shelters, fostering rescues, training our own dogs, or simply spending time with the dogs in our own families.
Collectively, our team brings over 15 years of hands-on dog care experience, from pack management and behaviour awareness to safe transport and trail safety. We understand how dogs think, how they communicate, and what they need to feel safe, fulfilled, and balanced.
Most importantly, we understand the trust and responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s dog. Every dog in our care is treated like one of our own — with patience, attentiveness, and respect.
Dog walking isn’t a hobby for us.
It’s our profession, our livelihood, and something we take pride in every single day.
Every dog walker is trained in canine body language, positive reinforcement, and safe pack management.
We keep groups intentionally small (no more than 6 dogs per dog walker) to ensure individual attention and safety.
Your dog’s walk is a mix of sniffing, exploring, and light training — the perfect balance of fun and structure.
From snowy mornings to sunny trail days, our team shows up — rain, shine, or powder day.
As a long-term Whistler-based dog walking team, we know the trails, the seasons, and the dogs in our community.
